Coconut Energy Balls
A quick and easy to prepare snack that you can take to work, the gym or just on a stroll for when you need a quick burst of energy.
- 45g rolled porridge oats
- 10g ground flax seeds
- 40g chia seeds
Add all the ingredients to your food processor and blitz until combined and everything sticks together.
Roll into balls, then coat with more desiccated coconut if desired
